81st Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Extractive Industries Transparency Commission Held in Baghdad
At 10:00 AM today, Sunday, the 81st meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Extractive Industries Transparency Commission was held at Al-Rumaila Hall in the Ministry of Oil building, Baghdad. The meeting was attended by Board Member Mr. Mohammad Raheem Al-Rubaie, President of Al-Nahrain Foundation for Transparency and Integrity.
Al-Rubaie stated that the agenda of the Board of Trustees meeting included discussions on issuing the 2019–2020 report, covering the following points:
- Executive summary
- Review of the first draft
- Agreement on national priorities for inclusion in the work plan
- Commencement of activities outlined in the work plan
- Updating and approving the roadmap for benefit ownership
- Other topics raised during the meeting, including the increase in oil product prices by the Ministry of Oil.
